This program is sold with the understanding that it will be used by only one person at a time (like using a book). The program can be used by one person on more than one machine (just as you can take a book with you and read it in different locations). It can also be used by more than one person if it is installed on just a single computer (like a reference book in a library).

Applied Biostat, LLC (AB) will, at its option, either try to correct the problems or else refund the purchase price if any defects are found in the programs or documentation if a solution cannot be found. AB will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss of revenues, grants, or data.
We hope you find the User License Agreement to be reasonable and that you will honor it. We do not want to have to get involved with onerous copy protection schemes that inconvenience the user. Note that each copy of BIOMstat has a unique registration serial number code. Please mention it in any correspondence.
